Refund Protocols

01. Finality of Transmission

Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and the necessity of maintaining batch integrity, all laboratory acquisitions are final. Once a transmission has been authorized and dispatched, it cannot be reversed.

02. Integrity Discrepancies

If laboratory materials arrive with structural compromises:

• Visual structural failure during transit
• Dossier quantity mismatch
• Incorrect compound identification

Submit photographic evidence to technical support within 48 hours of reception. We will authorize a replacement sequence upon verification.

03. Transit Logistics

Shipping insurance is available for all logistical transmissions. If a package is marked lost by the carrier, insured orders will be re-initiated at no cost.

04. Logistical Cost Recovery

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Where any refund, credit, or partial adjustment is authorized on an order that qualified for free shipping (orders over $200), the standard outbound shipping cost incurred may be deducted from the amount credited. Promotional free shipping applies to the original outbound transmission only and carries no cash or credit value.
